Bankers Title will provide title insurance and settlement services at a discount up to $150.00 for military personnel;

Amerispec Home Inspections offers a $75.00 discount on home inspections;

Our preferred appraisers and surveyors will discount their services by $100.00 each;

The Blue Ribbon Team gives active-duty military personnel and reservists a rebate from commissions between $500.00 and $1,000.00 depending on the dollar volume of the transaction.  All discounts are from normal fees. "Our Word is our Bond"
